  1. In a bowl add the toasted sesame oil and white pepper and add the strips of chicken to it and leave for a few minutes.

  3. In the wok add 2 tbls veg oil heat up when its hot add the cooked Chicken and spread out evenly and wait for one minute the turn it over to brown the other until its cookedand browned a little on all ides.take out and set aside
  4. In the same wok add the other tbls oil heat up and add the ginger,Garlic and chillis and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the red onion and sweet peppers then the oil and white pepper fry and keep tossing so as the sweet peppers stay crisp ish. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan fry all and tossing it for 1 minute
  6. Add the sauce and toss it sbout until its all covered and serve. With some veg and bok choy and spring oniins mixed.
