  1. Take 2-3 cups red apples peeled and grated

  1. Heat a non-stick or thick bottom pan. Cook grated apple till semi dry on low to medium flame
  2. Add sugar,. stir well.
  3. When sugar melts then add coconut and milk powder. Keep mixing constantly on low flame.
  4. Add 1 tsp ghee and mix well When the mixture starts coming together and leaves the edges now add dry fruits and cardamom powder.Mix well.
  5. Put off the flame and let this mixture cool down.
  6. Now take a small portion of the mixture and roll it laddu shape. Coat them in desiccated coconut
  7. Garnish with almonds or cashews.You can also garnish with silver verk
