  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the drained quinoa, milk, sugar and dry powder milk.
  3. Add caradmon powder.
  4. Bring gently to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the kheer has thickened
  5. Heat ghee in pan fry cashewnut. - - Add Crush and toast the nuts in kheer.
  6. Serve topped with crushed nuts
